Smart Scheduling

Longitudinal research lives or dies by invite cadence. ProNova52's scheduling engine treats this as a first-class concern, with timezone-correct delivery, sane retry behaviour, and a frequency model rich enough to express almost any clinical follow-up pattern.

Frequency that matches your protocol

Once, daily, weekly, monthly, or custom intervals — set a time of day, a timezone (defaulting to Europe/London), and a start/end window. The engine computes upcoming runs ahead of time so you can see exactly when participants will be contacted.

Reminders that respect the participant

Configure the number of reminder retries and the hours between them. Reminders are suppressed automatically once a participant completes the response, so no one gets a nagging email after they have already finished.

Timezone-aware delivery

Each schedule carries its own timezone so multi-region cohorts receive invites at a sensible local hour, not 3 a.m. their time.
