Genetic Testing Integration

ProNova52 is the only clinical survey platform with genomic testing built in. Offer a participant the option to consent to genotyping, whole-genome sequencing, or a pharmacogenomic panel as part of the survey itself — kit dispatch, sample tracking, and results return are managed end-to-end with our partner laboratory.

Three test tiers for three research questions

The Lifestyle Genetic Test (Illumina GSA v3) covers ancestry, wellness, and non-clinical risk indicators. Whole Genome Sequencing at 30x clinical grade unlocks deep variant discovery and rare-disease analysis. The Pharmacogenomic (PGx) panel analyses CYP2D6, CYP2C19, CYP2C9, VKORC1, TPMT and other CPIC-recognised genes for drug metabolism and adverse reaction risk.

Inline ordering inside the survey

A single question type renders a price-transparent order card. Participants choose to opt in, confirm delivery details (auto-filled from their participant record), and the order is created — Cambridge Genetics receive a referral email automatically.

Order lifecycle visible to your team

Every order's status — ordered, kit dispatched, kit received, sample received, results ready, results released — is visible in the admin Genetic Orders tab, with tracking references and timestamps at each stage.
